i know, staying on top of wellness and self care can sometimes be overwhelming! but, caring for your nervous system holistically is one of the most underrated forms of wellness YET it goes a very looooooong way!
these are a few of my favorite ways to unwind, reset, and stay grounded throughout the day!
blue light blocking glasses
huge fan of wearing this! i wear this at while working in front of the computer and if watching tv at night/using my phone! lots of blue light from our phones, laptop, TV, literally any electronic devices can actually disrupt our hormones, cause insulin resistance, and is a perfect recipe for poor sleep quality. if you’re curious to know more check this out article out! https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6811685/ sooooo, with that being said, go ahead and get you a pair (click here!) of blue light glasses because they are affordable and they decrease toxins in your eyes and improves sleep quality! OHH AND BTW, it reduced my headaches too while using the computer at work the whole day!

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
